I'm a busy mom of 4 boys with an amazing husband! Our family loves playing sports, going on adventures & hiking!
Not only am I certified in Pre/Postnatal specialties, but I also have personal experience with vaginal delivery, emergency C-Section, VBAC, twin pregnancy, double hernia surgery, Diastasis Recti & Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
I have a background in youth athletic training, specific sports performance and rehabilitation, with personal experience of knee, back & hip injuries & recovery. Back in the day I played Softball, Field Hockey & Danced!
