I focus on establishing a strong posture through all movements, improve stabilization & muscle balance before increasing intensity and volume of workouts. 
For improved athletic performance, our training sessions will be high-quality and efficient, which will positively affect your performance. We will optimize movement and body control with flexibility, strengthening exercises + tissue maintenance through various myofascial techniques.
